  • ・Civil engineering & construction management
    Supervision of work at construction sites.
    Safety, construction implementation, quality and cost management. Getting involved in production processes is mandatory.
  • ・MEP engineers
    Estimation, construction management and advice, outsourcing , follow-up services , and other facility-related work.
  • ・Design
    Conceptual design and schematic design to design development.
    Budget control for outsourcing, research and development of various design engineering documents.
  • ・Overseas Division (Construction supervision, administration/sales)
    Overseas civil engineering and construction management, sales activities to obtain orders for overseas construction projects, and creation of written agreements.
  • ・Aviation Division
    Business jet promotion as a core business involving ground handling operations (handling various applications, flight operation support, ground support, aircraft hangar arrangement, catering, etc.)
  • ・Environmental Division
    Creation of biotopes, soil contamination improvement, ecosystem surveys and research.

Work locations
The company has business sites throughout Japan and overseas. (Given the increasing number of orders in the Kanto and Tokai regions, new employees are normally assigned to the main office, Tokyo Headquarters, or Nagoya Branch).
However, based on your request, special consideration may be given as to where you will be posted.
Salary
■Major career path
University graduate: 270,000 yen
Junior college or vocational college graduate: 248,800 yen
■Regional employment
University graduate: 253,200 yen
Junior college or vocational college graduate: 231,800 yen
Days off
Fiveday working week (no work on Saturdays or Sundays).
Also, no work on public holidays and the company's anniversary (by the company calendar).
Total annual leave: 122 days.
Seven-day consecutive leave permitted.
Promotion/Bonus
Once a year/Twice a year

Hiring process
Document screening, two interviews, and essay examination.

Qualifications for recruitment
■Architecture
Qualification: First-Class/Second-Class Kenchikushi (Registered Architect of Japan), Kenchiku Seko Kanri Gishi (Construction administration engineer), or Kenchiku Setsubishi (Building MEP Engineer)
Work experience: Construction management for large-scale condominium buildings, welfare facilities, etc.
Design and construction site supervision for condominiums, offices, etc.
■Civil engineering
Qualification: First-Class/Second-Class Doboku Seko Kanri Gishi (Licensed Civil Engineer)
Work experience: Construction management of civil engineering work.
■Overseas business
Overseas work experience: Civil engineering or construction management, overseas sales
■Sales and Administration
Work experience: First-Class/Second-Class Kensetsugyo Keirishi (Licensed Construction Accountant)
